From ‘Baseless Claims’ to Federal Raids: Vindication Hits Los Angeles and the "There is no vote fraud" Narrative is Falling Apart
We’re constantly lectured by the left that voter fraud doesn’t exist, that anyone who even whispers the words is a conspiracy theorist, and they've even tried to make it a crime to even suggest it. The media has guarded that narrative like it’s the crown jewels but this week, it started falling apart in real time.
After the June 2 California primary, a massive late‑night mail‑in ballot dump from Los Angeles’ Skid Row suddenly boosted District 4 Democratic Socialist City Councilwoman and mayoral candidate Nithya Raman into second place, pushing viral candidate Spencer Pratt out of the Top 2. The math raised eyebrows. The timing raised more. And the public? They wanted answers.
While legacy outlets dutifully repeated “nothing to see here,” voters including many who didn’t even support Pratt, demanded an investigation into what they saw as a statistical miracle.
Then came the plot twist.
According to the California Post’s June 12 reporting, homeless individuals described being incentivized to participate in ballot harvesting operations. Videos circulated showing people openly admitting they accepted payment. Those individuals were recorded on video saying they were paid to vote for either incumbent Mayor Karen Bass or Nithia Raman.
Federal investigators apparently found the claims compelling enough to warrant boots on the ground , something critics say should have happened long before a ballot dump magically flipped the race.
Yesterday about 20 federal agents swept Skid Row after homeless residents claimed they’d been paid cash to: Sign multiple registration forms, Forge signatures, Fill out voter information, and vote for either Bass or Raman in the mayor’s race.
Whether the allegations hold up or not, the optics are brutal:
A late‑night ballot dump flips a race
Homeless individuals describe cash‑for‑votes on camera
And the FBI shows up before breakfast
For a state that insists vote fraud is a myth, this is… inconvenient.
And no matter how loudly the media repeats the script, the public clearly isn’t buying it anymore.
It is long past time to secure our elections. Every fraudulent vote cancels out the voice of a lawful citizen, and people are exhausted from being told that concerns about fraud are imaginary. Stronger verification measures, including voter ID, are essential to restoring trust and preventing any system from being abused.
We must pass the Voter ID initiative that will be on the ballot in November which would require a complete audit of the voter rolls in every county, one time proof of citizenship to register to vote, Voter ID when voting in person and picking a unique pin code to verify your ballot if voting by mail. These are common sense measures.
People are tired of watching politicians bend the rules to cling to power while taxpayer dollars evaporate into thin air. Whether in Los Angeles or anywhere else, we should demand accountability and make it clear that the era of shrugging off serious allegations is over.
